ONCO owns oil and gas wells in Michigan (USA) and the Tilbury Gas Field in Ontario (Canada). The Tilbury properties are situated on the north shore and on the offshore of Lake Erie in southwestern Ontario, Canada. These properties are strategically located within the Chicago-Detroit-Toronto corridor.

The Tilbury Gas Field produced from 1907 to 1990, and is still recognized as being the largest natural gas reservoir in the Michigan Basin,Tilbury produced about 277 Bcf of natural gas prior to Onco's involvement. The Tilbury Field is located near the Dawn Hub, one of Canada's most important natural gas hubs, by which local producers and distributors direct their resources through the nationwide pipeline network to the customer.

Many income-generating opportunities are envisioned to ensue the development of the Tilbury Field property, including selling natural gas through the existing pipeline network and natural gas storage.
